Service was great. Tech was professional and seems to have done a fine job. Your web site and communications through it was confusing and frustrating. It all worked out well, but I got no responses to my inquiries.

Good experience overall.

They were very helpful and the communication was good. The mechanic was great. There were 2 batteries in the diesel truck in the snowy cold. The mechanic knew what he was doing - many of these mobile mechanics don’t know more than just flipping a battery out & in. Massive diesels take a bit more —- a bit expensive - but the service was good & loads of folks had to make a bit of money of this emergency transaction.

Unfortunately I ordered on Saturday afternoon. Sunday I received a notice via text to go to a specific website. That website was GODaddy which then directed me to another site that had me pay $11.99 for a redirect that lead to nothing. Then I called your 1-800 battery and he told me that your site was down. That the request was being directed to a driver at a timeout of their convenience. Needless to say I am not impressed. My recommendation is to warn all further customers that weekend requests will be handled on a company available basis only. Immediate service is likely not possible. Knowing this I will use your service this time ONLY!!! I will do it myself from now on. Thanks

Technician was fast and efficient. Website ask for selection of appointment window (3 hour long) which is great but a couple hours later when operator calls within the appointment window to confirm, I am given a time of service a couple hours past my initial appointment window. If it was not for this I would have given a 5 star

Made an appointment, but didn’t hear from anyone during the scheduled time. When I called asking for an update things started happening. Forty-five minutes late but able to rearrange schedule to make it happen. The technician was excellent and had the new battery installed and tested in record time. Bravo. Would use the service again.

The technician, Kristopher, was amazing! The only reason why I don’t want to give 5 stars is because I called customer service for some more detailed info and after a few times trying I finally got someone on the phone. I also tried the texting option and no one ever answered. When Kristopher was on his way the online GPS location was wrong even thought the address was correct, but Kristopher was understanding and rerouted immediately. Technician really made the experience amazing.
