I was given several times and after several phone calls to the office - someone showed up to replace the battery. Fortunately the technician who came was super nice and made up for lack or customer service from the office.

I needed a battery for Buick Encore
I needed a battery for Buick Encore. Bought the best but the battery did not fit in the car - it could not be secured. Installer left and told us to bring car to a dealer. Dealer said battery was too big and is an electrical hazard. This was the “Ultimate” option on the website. Trying to get battery returned. Not getting any answers…..

Technician No-Showed
My initial technician did not come in the window I selected. I called customer service an hour after my time window and they dispatched someone new who showed up an hour later. It took the technician 1 hour to switch out my battery.

Had to help tech to remove and install…
Had to help tech to remove and install battery. Check engine light now displays and car door locks malfunctioning. Tech told customer service that check engine light was on before installation, which was not true. Will not recommend this company not because they may or may not have damaged my car but because of their dishonesty.

We were given a window of 8am to 10am
We were given a window of 8am to 10am. No one showed. At 10:30 we called dispatch (spoke to John). John promised to call driver and call back with ETA. No call. Called again and spoke with John. He was somewhat rude and said he has no control over what drivers do. The tech finally showed up around 3:00. The tech was polite and did a good job.

A lot of room for improvement
If I was grading my experience, I would give the scheduling a "D-", the product a "see me after class", and the service tech an "A".
I had requested a 9 AM to 11 AM service window. At 11:15 AM, I had received no contact other than an two near identical emails saying my order had been changed to "Driver Assigned/Pickup". I called and was informed the tech had yet to pick up the battery and they would arrive in about 45 minutes. At 12:45 pm, I received a text from the tech saying he'd be in the area around 3:30. At 3 PM, I received another text, this time from a tracking service saying "1-800-Battery is on the way and should arrive in about 5 hours."
The tech arrived at 3:30 with a battery that was unrepresented on the 1-800-Battery website. After a little digging, I had found in the FAQs that this might happen. This should have been in plain, easy to identify language on the order page. Then, by showing my a "DieHard" battery on the confirmation page, again with no asterisk, I had been misled into thinking I would receive that exact battery. The battery substitute clause was found after the order was placed.
I was fully satisfied by the tech. He changed the battery as if he had been under that exact car's hood a hundred times. No parts were fumbled, and the work was completed in a timely manner.
