I wish I had never ever called 1800BATTERY. The technician ( who was very nice ) installed the battery but my car still wouldn't start. He said he would talk to his boss to see what he wanted to do. His boss told me, it's your alternator. I then paid even more money to have a good reputable certified mechanic come to check my car. Battery and Alternator tested great. He then checked the battery again and found the terminals weren't tightened up on the battery to make a connection. He got a 🪛 screwdriver, tightened up the cables, tried the car and it started right up. I may be wrong but feel 1800BATTERY was trying to take advantage of a woman and senior. I plan on taking them to small claims court WITH the mechanic who took a few minutes to tighten the cables. If only I had taken the time to read these reviews, I wouldn't be out of a ton of money someone on SS can't afford.

Battery only lasted a year. They said they would come test it and if bad replace it for 50 dollars and if it wasnt bad they would charge me 99 dollars. Why would I trust them to replace anything?

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Have called or texted over 50 times. I had two batteries installed and both were dead. I finally took it to the dealer and it is fine now. Refund? Forget about it!!!! I would definitely not recommend this company.

I spent a lot of money to get a battery for my car. 14 days later the car won’t start so I called back they sent someone to check the battery lo and behold it dead. 12 days later even though it’s a new battery the car is dead and there is NO warranty on the new battery. If you’re smart do not buy from 1800 batteries it’s a total rip off. Even the mechanic that put in the second battery said NEW BATTERYNEW WARRANTY.

They have ghosted me, since I made the call to them and they took my credit card information. I have watiting on hold multiple times for 30 minutes each time. I am on hold right now. Their chat is no better. When they took my order, I told them the garage where my car is located was height restrictions and not to bring a tall van. Their response was that "the technicians use their own cars and work independently, much like UBER." I would hazard a guess they simply pick up the batteries at a place like Walmart or Pep Boys and then mark it up about $100-$120. I have been trying to reach them since about 3:30 PM and it is now 7:09 PM. I have used text, left messages, and sent emails. Definitely do not use 1800 Battery. A colossal waste of time and money.

I don't typically post reviews, but they are horrible. They try to take advantage of people in a bad situation. They post a picture of one set of batteries in the check out screen and they replace it with much less quality battery when the service person comes. They don't bother to tell you... they don't tell you and then service person loses your battery holder screw to make it worse... worse experience with a provider in a long long time. They were also late 9 hours... For the 1st 4 hours they ghost you. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE YOU SERVICE FEE OF $99... THEY WASTED MY TIME AND CAUSED ME STRESS.

I purchased a Diehard battery for $323.99, with delivery and installation it came out to $376.04. The tech came out and instead of installing the battery I paid for, installed an FVP battery that I found on the FVP website for $150. A little less than a full year later, I wasn't able to start my car and when taking it to get tested found out the battery was dead. I contacted 1-800-battery and was told I needed to pay $50 for them to send someone out and an additional $100 deposit. If the battery is found faulty then I get $50 of my deposit back, so at a minimum I'd have to pay another $100 for the $376 battery that didn't even last a year, about $500 for a $150 battery! Very mediocre product and even worse service. Avoid at all cost!
