The technician was incredibly friendly. My car also got flat tires, and he helped me in pumping it up. Subsequently, we discovered that my car had additional problems. He helped me contact a tow service too. It's a great service which I definitely recommend.

Everything went smooth and I was surprised at how quickly things went. Also the guy who changed out the battery was really nice and informative.

They quickly called as soon as I placed an order. They corrected the order since my car (Benz E320) has 2 batteries and it was not clear which was dead. Lastly and importantly, when we had communication challenges with the driver expecting my car at my home address, instead of the parking lot, it was quickly resolved and a great job delivered. The company has done very well to have people at the office and on the road communicating with the customer and with one another. Please keep it up. Thanks.

Fast service! Manny was very kind and polite when he installed the new battery. Thank you so much!

My beautiful Lincoln Town car was at the curb with a dead battery for four weeks while I was sick. I got over thje virus but had a swollen infected foot. i wanted to get a new battery but was hesitant to drive because of the foot. I was also concerned about installation because I did not have the tools. I went to 1(800)battery.com. Ordered a battery and it was delivered and installed in less than an hour.

Kyle was awesome, and worked fast! I didn't realize they weren't local, and felt bad they had to drive all the way from Orlando (an hour away), but I was thankful they were able to get me back up and running so I could go in for work that evening. Customer service was also great helping me order the correct battery.

So easy! Went to start my car and battery was dead. I Inquired online but wasn't sure which battery to select. They called me seconds later and discussed the differences. Placed order and within 2 hours my battery was delivered and installed! Amazing customer service and experience. I was able to track the delivery so I knew exactly when the installation tech arrived. Completely stress free purchase!!!
