When I googled KIA batteries your site popped up. At first I was skeptical but after the reviews I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! It was fast and efficient. Chris Miller was very polite and professional and had our new battery installed in no time. I especially appreciated him knowing in what order to unplug the battery so as not to mess up the electrical system. Would use again in a heart beat.

After I placed the order the process was smooth and transparent. I got messages and emails putting where the technician was and when he would be at site with the battery replacement. The technician was quick in the installation process and in 30 mins he was done with the work. I would definitely recommend the service!

James came from another state to replace my battery on a Sunday. Took him about an hour including drive time, install and check alternator. He was fast and efficient. I will use 1 800 Battery again if needed.

The technician, Steven, was very competent and friendly. The battery was installed in just minutes. The only hitch that I could cite for improvement would be the tracking of the time of arrival. The link indicated that Steven would not arrive for 5 hours when, in fact, he was 25 minutes away. Steven did notify me when he was nearing my home so it turned out not to be a problem at all.
