It was a final sale. Nonetheless, the pan had two indentations in it. When I tried to voice the problem, I send an email and got no reply

Love it! But, too heavy and could be a little smaller in size. The magnetic wood trivet is genius!

Kitchen Tan knife's handle is sharp at the end making it uncomfortable.

Based on an email offer from Milk street for their latest edition of cookbook (2017-2024), I ordered for a copy of the book in Aug.2023. The pre-order offer was a 40% discount on the price of the book+15$ store credit to be used for any item on their online store. I finally received the book around the beginning of Dec.2023. I never received the 15$ store credit. Even after multiple phone calls and emails, I have not been able to resolve this problem.

We ordered the cookbook for a Christmas present on 11/20/23. It is now 12/18/23 and still no cookbook. Customer service on the phone was useless. The tracking nos. supplied with the shipping confirmation received on 12/14/23 email state that no label has been created. Really not pleased.

I loved this magazine when I used to receive it several years ago. I have long since cancelled my subscription and haven't received the magazine in several years. Recently out of nowhere there was an unauthorized and random $50 charge from Milk Street Magazine on my credit card. I emailed Milk Street Magazine customer service and received no response. SHADY. Thank goodness for my credit card's buyer protection. I highly recommend NOT giving this company your personal information.

I'm a Milk Street member, and wanted to buy the new Milk Street wok. But --NEW RULES as of November--to save $23 on the wok, I now have to spend $30 to become a member of the Milk Street STORE, ON TOP of the membership I already have for recipes. Terrible policy, Milk Street. Your shop is high priced as it is.
