Shipping is an issue. I ordered three products at the same time and I got one and waiting on the other two.

buying products is a seamless process. Shipping time was reasonable. I used the Dutch oven to make a soup which turned out fabulois. I followed instructions to coat pan in cooking fat to make it non-stick. It was not non-stick is the way we are used to nonstick being with all the man-made chemicals. I did not like the results when I seared my pot roast. The pan drippings did stick, and it took a reasonable amount of effort to clean the pot. A bit disappointed with the over sale on that description.
