I purchased the Kozmatik. After waiting over 2 months for delivery, I couldn’t be more disappointed. It is incredibly cheap, I would expect this to cost $10. Does not perform as expected. DO NOT Purchase!

I can not seem to talk to the Wok cyber training team or the better beans traiing team. I am fed up with Milkstreet or 177milkstreet and thier Password reset just dumps the page does not send passwords for the reset. I am very unhappy with this site and will expect to never purchase again

Horrible customer service. I waited almost 4 months for a knife. Only one communication was returned. six email inquires. The answer, “We’re behind. We’ll get it out soon”.

I’ve been waiting three weeks for a refund from my cancelled subscription. Apparently it’s been submitted but “they work on a different time line” said the customer service person. Update: This has been resolved but it took almost 7 weeks to receive my refund.

They jack the price up on their products. You can often find the same product for alot less elsewhere. For example, the tout this Morracan olive oil and it's $32. But you can find the same one for half that amount. And currently PSK Prk Nam Pao is 19.95 on their website but online I found it for 14. So always see if you can find the product elsewhere for less.

It was the 5 month wait for delivery of my purchase that prevents me from giving a 5 star qualification.

It took 4 months to receive my pan. After getting it, I realized it’s not non-stick. You have to treat it and continue to treat it for life. It was surely not worth waiting for. I hate the pan.

I was very disappointed in the lack of communication on my order. I ordered the Hammered Skillet in October or November. I was told it was back-ordered until January. That month came and went, then February, and it finally arrived at the end of March. No warning, just shipped. It would have been nice to get updates on the delivery and to be asked if I still wanted it. Very hard to find orders on the website as well. I love the product and everything I have received so far, but I would have liked an email every once in awhile to know when to expect it. Especially since you were still heavily advertising the product on Instagram.
