Milk street is an incredible resource for home cooks. I use their tools, educational offerings, and flavorings almost every meal.

I have followed Christopher Kimball for years now, when he was at Cook's Illustrated and now at Milk Street. As to Milk Street, I really love the ethnic focus, the origins, and trips taken to learn about a dish. Christopher Kimball is the brand behind the magazine. The way he approaches cooking - techniques, products, ingredients - really resonates with me. I look forward to listening to his podcast and really enjoy his substack. I recently bought 5 Milk Street knives in 6 weeks because his emails are so persuasive. I already own 12 knives!

Great recipes, great books. A little heavy on product sale but overall worth the site.

I think Milk Street should come down on their prices, especially these days. I always look on Amazon for the same thing and usually it is far less costly there. I am sure I am not the only one
