I've ordered toner from these folks before and it works well, so when the opportunity presented to order some masks too - i added a quantity to my toner order. Unfortunately, though the entire order shipped the same day, it was held up and eventually lost at the changeover between carriers in my town. Not happy. I reached out and communicated with Sam a couple times while still in the delayed delivery phase, he checked and we agreed upon a date for me to wait, and when it became more likely the order was lost, Sam sent me a replacement order. The toner arrived on Monday (1 business day after we communicated) and the masks shortly after. I appreciate that Sam made the best of a challenging situation and came through.for me. Thanks Sam!

I do not often feel compelled to write reviews for companies and products that I deal with butI really wanted everyone to know about the fantastic customer service I was given when dealing with 123refills.ca About a month ago I ordered and received a continuous ink system for my EPSON Workforce 4540 printer. When I received the package 3 of the 4 cartridges were in perfect condition; however, the yellow cartridge was leaking and I could not find the source. I sent an email to the support department and within a day or 2 a representative of the company gave me a call (I live in Canada) to let me know that they received my inquiry and were going to send out a new ink cartridge that week, once more yellow ink came in. As promised, the cartridge shipped and got to me quickly and I did not even have to go through any hassle of shipping the leaking cartridge back. Today I needed to replace the original cartridges in my printer and I am happy to report that they were accepted seamlessly and the colour is as good if not better than the original ink that was in my machine. Very impressed and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again!!
