I have ordered from 123refills before and they have been very good and work well with my printer. I do like saving money on toner and appreciate that they offer off brand toner as I like to print a lot! Thanks, 123refills. Just got off live chat with David Smith and he was especially helpful and resolved my issues quickly and with professionalism. I had to add something on to an order that I had already placed, he quickly canceled my previous order added the items to my order and sent me a new invoice.

I called 123 Ink to order a new drum for my printer and I spoke with Patriick. 123 Ink offered 2 levels of quality for the drum. Patrick in the sales dept helped me determine which drum was the best for my use. We also determined a replacement toner cartrige to add to the the order. I was very pleased with the guidance that Patrick gave me. It indeed was a quality service that he gives and Patrick should be commended for it. Employees such as he, I am certain, is of great benefit to your company.
