So far - so good.

Placing the order was easy enough but delivery is yet to occur. The USPS tracking number provides information that the order was delivered to a partner at 12:19 p.m. on December 9. This is 8:47 p.m. on December 16 and the order still has not arrived. Admittedly this is the Christmas season and a lot of packages are in the mill but still, a week should be time enough. I'm glad I didn't need the order quickly.

Tried to order on line. Found the printer cartridge from their list. However, if I wanted more cartridges i found it impossible to do so. Ended up having to call in and order on the phone. Very frustrating

Order came without instructions guarantee or receipt. If I have a problem I don't know how to solve

I followed the included instructions to refill my HP LaserJet 6L's C3906A toner cartridge. I used the "hot iron" tool to make the hole exactly where shown. It only took a few seconds to make the hole. I was surprised to find a metal bar just inside blocking where I made the hole. Getting the new toner powder past the plate into the toner chamber took a lot of finesse since there was only a small gap at the top of the hole where the toner could pass. I wish the diagram had shown me to make the hole a bit higher or lower to make a more clear opening away from the metal bar if that is possible. Otherwise, I'm happy that my cartridge works again with what little toner I was able to get into it.

123refills needs to do something about their website. Whenever I log into "my account," it brings me back to log in approximate 3 times before it actually links to my account. With other vendors, I just log in, go to my account and am able to choose from the products on my LIST (which of those I wish to re-order). There are way too may steps and going in circles involved. I want to log in, go to my account, and order from either a "shopping list" or my previous orders. Thank you.

The descriptions on the website for ordering ink seems to be misleading. I thought I was ordering the set of colors to refill when in fact I only ordered two big containers of black. The refill cartridges are poorly marked so It is hard to distinguish which one I need to replace.

I was misled by a web ad that recommended a particular ink cartridge set. I bought them and they didn't fit. Then I bought the correct ones and they work fine. Shame on the website!
