My order was for an HP Officejet Pro 8600, and the cartridge (black) has a number of 950. Apparently this is a newer model and it doesn't appear in the elaborate instructions provided; consequently, I am unable to fill it at the present time. Boo.

I ordered three color and one black cartridges for my printer. My printer recognized the color cartridges as non-HP and accepted them. After trying everything suggested in troubleshooting on-line and included in the delivery material, the printer will not accept the black cartridge. For some reason I was asked to send a photograph of the cartridge to 123 by their representative who based on his accept is in India. I am waiting for a reply to see what they are going to do about the problem.

Hello, very sorry that you are dissatisfied on the timing of your order. It was placed via an international shipping method (US to Canada), that is advertised as "2-4 weeks delivery". The order is still within the delivery window and should be delivered soon. Typically deliveries to Canada take around 7 business days on average, with some delays possible due to customs, this is why we quote 2-4 weeks. You should receive it very soon.

Order placed and Paypal charged on Nov. 20. Bulk of order received on Dec. 20, last item delivered on January 5th. No notification from 123 Refills why the order was delayed. I'm not likely to reorder from 123 Refills.

I have a page that is coming out striped. My ink is not working. I have to return it This is a brand new printer. I have had luck in the past, but I suppose the epson has a way to "see" if the cartridge is not epson. :(

123 Refills clogged my printer and initiated an error message that I was unable to clear. It made my printer unusable. Lexmark probably had a hand in the failure so I did not buy another Lexmark. They obviously rigged my printer so when I tried to use other than their overpriced cartridges, my printer would lock up.
