As stated in my previous e-mailI used your TRACKING # to ink where my ink was & stated it was in Comptom Warehoue for shipping on the 10/28 & I received it on 11/2 Compton after lunch is only 10 - 12 miles from my house & it took four (4) days to get from there to here. I'm still your costumer @ least for now or until UPS does this again. Maybe it got lost in the truck, I just know that 123 Refills has always been very dependable & shipping has not bin delayed like this for me in the past & I was out of ink, so I had to wait 4 extra days .
