have not used ink beat heck out of orig cartridge on price even with shipping

Ordering and finding what I needed was easy but in this instance receipt was very late due to back order.

Great service. Product has been working great so far. Would for sure buy from them again.

So far I have been satisfied with my past purchases. They ship fast and their products are great. The only thing I wished they had was more options on colored wafer paper. But overall great products.

Items were as described, shipped fast.

I always get my product right away and packed great.

The refill kit was all I needed. Two small issues, first the drill was not easy to use but was probably due to my arthritis, second it didn't have directions for my specific printer but I was able to find that information on the internet with no problems. I will use you products again.

Well-priced, good shipping time, high quality toner--I don't notice any difference in print quality. Worked well right out of the box. The only issue is that the Canon printer still blinks 'error' and says 'check cartridge'. I understand this is because it is a refilled cartridge and not an official Canon one (at over 3x the price). Would be nice if the chip (or whatever) was reset so it didn't do that.
