I had to order my 123Ink twice. I had ordered it in January but it did not come as I expected. I had to reorder in Feb. and it arrived. It was probably a computer "Glitch". I have always ordered my refills from 123ink and will continue to do so in the future.

I think I have received very very less Printing material because when I ordered before from some different company it was 40% more then This. I think I can not print more then 900 Pages.

I ordered two ink cartridges from 123 before I was to run out. The cartridges arrived in time only to fail when installed. Of course, this problem is my problem & I am out of a printer until . . . its a new printer, they are new ink cartridges & I'm SOL.

I like the toner refill kit I got, but the delivery time was kind of long.

Might be too busy in the year-end shopping spree, the sale rep seems a bit off and the delivery also delayed or back ordered.

Ink worked with the cartridges for a while, then stopped.

The prices are good & are what keep me coming back. But the website is difficult to use; having to look for the right printer model via scrolling through endless, poorly organized lists is the wrong way to go about it. I should be able to type the model number of my printer into a search field, click a Submit button & then see a list of supported refill cartridge model numbers in the results. Clicking on one should add it to my shopping cart, etc. And ordering by phone can also be problematic. About a year ago I ordered a refill for my Samsung ML 1430. I was sent a cartridge that was far too large for it. But when I called customer support they insisted that they had sent me the correct cartridge. I sent several emails with attached photos of the 'wrong' cartridge, but it was only after I had lost my temper & stated that I could not have made the cartridge fit with a hammer that someone from management got involved & sorted the whole thing out. Several weeks had gone by at this point & I was very, very frustrated. Delivery takes longer than it should. I ordered a refill on 12/30, but it won't even leave the shipping facility until tomorrow, 1/8. It shouldn't take that long to just get it in the mail. Nothing else does. Not even my mail order prescriptions. I recommend that you improve service & delivery times, even at the expense of increasing prices. I'd be happy to pay a little more for a better overall experience. William G. Sheppard
