First wrong turn with 123refills now, was ordering black & color cartridge package for HP printer. Cartridges printed about 4 times, then error message came on to replace unacceptable cartridges, which, in effect, took printer offline--no way to troubleshoot, other than to replace cartridges and reboot several times. I will say, the company, in reasonable amount of time replaced the cartridges. The new, new cartridges are working fine. Second, I purchased a CD/DVC Cleaning device with a liquid solution to clean discs. When I opened package, there was a tiny amount of solution in a 1.3 oz plastic container--being alcohol based, it either leaked or evaporated. I tried to clean one CD, turned the crank handle several times as recommended, and it broke--a small, white, plastic, rotary device fell out. I am now emailing back and forth to return and replace or refund. Issue still outstanding. I was told they were busy and would get back to it. Once the current issue is resolved, I will not re-buy any product from this company.

Recieve a black and a color cartridge that was recycled and refilled. It came sealed and had the tape on for protection. I put in the color in my Lexmark printer. I still had some black left on my name brand Black. I printed off three pictures and the color would no function after that. Nothing. So I added the refurbished Black I had ordered from you. I thought something was wrong with it? I was getting Black, but no color. Couldn't figure it out. So I opened the second refurbished color I ordered from you and it worked. Both Color and Black are working. So I only got three picture prints off of the one refurbished Color I bought from you. So now I'm wondering if I can only print a few things and it stops putting out the ink? So now I'm afraid to use very much. My Lexmark brand, last me many print offs. Hallmark cards and everything. So my question is: do you only put small amounts of ink for the price I paid? Yes a good price for what I ordered. So I wonder if I made a mistake in buying from you. I guess time will tell after do print some things. Thanks!

Thought I was getting Ink Cartridge from Montreal came from United States and took to long to get here also cost twice a much as if I had had it shipped from Montreal. Used to have good service.

everything was delivered as scheduled. Not sure a airbubble bage was the right packaging for print cartridges. Found leakage in 2 of the individual bags. would not open without gloves/ Won't be doing business again.

I ordered some refill ink and a chip for my black cartridge and a chip for my color cartridge. The ink was ok and can be used, but the color chip did not fit. This is the second order that 123 refills has failed to send the correct chip. The question to be asked is, did I order the right chip? Yes,, per 123 criteria. The black chip works so the problem is in the color chip itself. Needless to say I am somewhat unhappy since I had to again purchase a new color print cartridge.

The does not come with a hole cutter I understand this for return customers but a novice the wording did not spell this out to me. I do not mind paying extra $7.00 but I will need to pay shipping once again and more importantly wasting my time. Steve

After ordering, it took approximately a month to get my order. I realize it was on back order, but if I need ink pronto, I may have to look elsewhere. I wasn't even compted for my inconvenience.

Have purchased OEM and non-OEM products, the latter being a complete waste of money based on subzero quality. Attempts to get full replacement or reimbursement were a complete failure. Although I was promised full replacement of poor quality products with non-OEM ones, I just got the same subpar quality non-OEM products in replacement. Resulted in a complete mess. Customer service says all the right things though, and they will pester you for your business. Poor quality product does not make up for the good and responsive service.
