I bought ink for the CISS for my Epson printer, and found that it wouldn't print. I asked for help and was given directions as if I'd bought the CISS itself instead of just the ink; however, the directions proved to do the trick, and my printer is once again printing beautiful photographs. I couldn't be happier with this operation, not to mention what I'm saving on ink while also being good to the environment by not using plastic cartridges.

The product arrived withing several days, California to Florida by the norm is 7 working days and they beat that. Packaging was good, hand gloves, instructions, and the product was in the bag. The instructions were straight forward, easily dissembled the cartridge, followed the filling process. End result, everything went back together as factory, printed from the first sheet on perfectly.I will buy more as need and would recommend it to all my friends. Just one note, I did not feel this should affect the product rating, just take your time: Some of the toner came out around the threads where the cap and bottle screw together. Gently squeeze the bottle from one side, up high and allow gravity to allow the toner to fall into the cartridge. Do NOT squeeze or force the bottle or some toner will blow out due to the internal pressure. Other than that. you have a TOP quality product and you should feel 100% confident in rewarding them with your patronage.

I am really happy with the quick service. The ink I purchased came very fast. The instructions are very easy to understand with a phone number to call if you have trouble.

Super easy installation. Instructions are simple. Use some silicon or aluminum sealent with the screws around the contact edge. Make sure there is good contact and don't overtighten. I've been building for 20+ years. If your a novice be patient, use a good set of shears, and don't over think it.
