program is ok.
i generally like the program, but there is lack of communication and a full holistic approach ( which i was looking for ) is missing.

It didn’t tell me much and it took…
It didn’t tell me much and it took forever. The communication of when my stuff arrived, and when it was available

Your report includes multiple ways to review and understand your results, including five educational videos that explain each gene, along with clear descriptions showing whether a gene is fully functioning, partially functioning, or has a full genetic break. Any supplement recommendations are based strictly on the genetic findings in your report, and we only recommend what aligns with your results. There are way too many follow up emails…
There are way too many follow up emails that leads to confusion and fatigue! Not one or 2 but 5 emails plus this rate your experience. The people I interacted with were terrific, but the bombardment of emails is disappointing ,

Good information hard to understand
Good information hard to understand. I understand this is a business but the way the information is presented feels more like a tease for us to pay for a session to now interpret the report which feels disingenuous. I feel like the report was a sales tool for vitamins and more reports. With that said, I bought the vitamins.

We only recommend supplements based strictly on the genetic breaks identified in your results. We would never suggest anything you do not need, as taking unnecessary supplements can lead to over-methylation rather than improvement. I have a major issue with communication…
I have a major issue with communication and removing my advisor giving me another advisor with zero knowledge of my case she did her job with what she was told . The doctor was helpful and did her job well. I review list supplement i did not discuss on the list i had them removed . I see that they are offering new customers major discounts but me as a existing customer pay full rate no breaks at all.

My order was shorted but the person I spoke to was apologetic. She said that she would take care of the shortage and have one sent.

They ding you financially then saddle you expensive supplement costs
I spent 500 getting my labs done. Then 10x provided me with results but the results generated questions on my part. Then you wanted to charge me $190 just to talk to someone and go over my labs. Then the recommended supplements were nearly $300 a month … that’s completely unaffordable.
