Ordering can’t put in the amount have to in and add it then back out and add another one.

No follow thru
No follow thru. Issues with blood testing. Even “if” it’s the testing company ( Quest or Labs etc) 10x representative not following up. Seems as long as they get the sale that’s all that really matters. VERY disappointing.

Your prices are ridiculously high
Your prices are ridiculously high. Most notably, your overnight shipping and handling prices.

Not good
Your website is very confusing. I needed to update my subscription and I somehow canceled it and then I activated it again but then my credit card was missing and I couldn’t get an answer from your customer service email when I ask if they could check it. The whole thing needs work.

The package was sent 2-day priority…
The package was sent 2-day priority shipping. Why? I still have 10 to 15 left in the bottle I currently have. If you are shooting for a specific date send it earlier using a cheaper method.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service… Been a customer for a couple years, received a bad bottle(funky odor) of multivitamin. Was told to bad.....no offer to explore or help. Took pictures of the bottle and batch number to no avail. Was going to spend the money on testing....PASS

I received generic videos and no details for my results then when i called it was more money to speak with someone to get that explanation

It is too hard to understand the…
It is too hard to understand the results. I have to pay more to get help not cool, I also don’t understand how I am taking the same vitamins that you prescribe everyone. It doesn’t seem personal
