Hi Tiffany, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Our records show that the cancellation request came through the same day the order renewed. Subscription changes need to be submitted at least two days prior to renewal, as once an order is placed it is packed and shipped that same day. We can confirm your subscription is now fully canceled, and no future shipments will be sent. –10X Health Support Team
