My quality of life has increased tremendously!
I am grateful to 10 X Health for the education I have received. After taking my methylation test, I began supplementing for my genetic dispositions. I’ve had excellent success with long-term depression and anxiety. Furthermore, taking my supplements daily has stopped my long term migraines caused from lack of minerals. I went to three different doctors with these migraines. Food studies you name it I tried it. Thanks you so much Gary Brecka! Thank you so much Ten X health for the continuing education Im receiving.
