Product and delivery time great.
Product and delivery time great.. You don't get 5 stars becasue you will not ship to Canada.. so i have to travel to a USA border crossing to pick up.

I am very happy with the service in general. I have new supplements that I am taking and have questions about some side effects. I have reached out to Joseph and get no response. I would like to have a better way to connect when I need assistance

Delivery issues
I had issue with the delivery of my order from the carrier 10X contracts with and when I notified 10X they quickly took care of it. I appreciate their quick response as I do enjoy the product.

The difficulties of being in a non-metropolis area
I ran out of my prescription before my labs were due. Could not get the prescription without getting the labs. I went to the same lab that I went to six times over the past two years and you don’t use that lab anymore. The lab that you do use is not in my area. I’ve been in contact with 10 X $. They are addressing my concerns with the lab work and we may possibly do business in the future.

Great product. Support ok after escalation .
Ordered originally in one state, moved, reorder and received at new address. Setup a subscription for every two months. Was sent to old address. As I dug into it discovered that my old address was the default address and thus sent there, not last used address. Being a truck driver trying to be healthy I didn't notice the problem until after the 2nd shipment was sent. I asked to some help cause I've spent a lot of money, the old address is 2300 miles away and initially customer service said tough! Your problem. So not happy for spending over 300 dollars. Put in a unhappy complaint and they reached out to offer to resend. So upgrading from terrible customer service to I wish they would have approached me with compassion the first time. Thanks for sending to me where I'm at. Delighted with the product otherwise. Healthier taking it...as measured by fewer colds, sniffles, weight loss, etc. we eat healthy but have found this to boost nutrients absorption with what we do eat.
