My previous review had to do more with the carrier than with the physical product. The actual product is great and would definitely recommend!

Great Customer Service…
I have used other services that were good, but there was no human touch. Just reports and AI questions. When I had my first test I got a call from Hamilton. I thought it was a sales call, but to my surprise he was just helping me. He discussed reports and we discussed future testing. But no pressure. My wife is now being tested and we are doing the bloodwork. We are very happy with the support.

Pleasantly surprised about the whole…
Pleasantly surprised about the whole process. Everyone from the doctors on the zoom calls to the support staff & products if you choose to purchase them were unbelievable. To be honest, I was expecting to be hard sold a bunch of supplements I didn't think I needed but that never happened. Everyone was very professional, very knowledgeable.Everyone's on time to all meetings.Couldn't be more happy. The information I receive it was great. Im already down 14 pounds. I would highly recommend during the genetic test and the blood work.

A week in…
