I did a special promotion order of $100 and was supposed to receive a free bottle of CALM. I received my order but not my CALM

Methylation test results and vitamins
Methylation test results were quick and well explained; my order of methylated vitamins was quick to be delivered and after a week I am feeling pretty well.

UPS DID NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE BUT…
UPS DID NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE BUT INSTEAD DECIDED TO SEND IT BACK to 10X. The best news is that Andrew with 10X Support saw my complaint and reached out to remedy the situation. He verified the shipping address and reshipped my order. I am impressed with the customer service of 10X. I also recommend their products to everyone I get a chance to tell. Thank you Andrew!!
