The tracking email is useless
The tracking email is useless. Says to click on the link to track your order and takes you back to their website. After logging into your account, there is no tracking info under your order.

I received an email which is labeled…
I received an email which is labeled Sale and it shows the product that I purchases along with additional products included and savings on others. Can I get these products also? Someone has reached out and resolved the issue. They were very helpful and supportive and that to me is great customer service. Thank you, I am excited as a new customer.

I had to call and speak to multiple…
I had to call and speak to multiple people just to find out if the supplement is safe for someone with Afib. The first person tried to charge me money to get my question answered by trying to schedule me with a pay for advisor. I feel that general health interactions with your supplements should be free

Confusing site structure, not the best experience.
The overall UX seems very very basic and disjointed. I was often confused when looking for my test results, only to find that the portal exists entirely separate from the products. Even then, the experience lacks refinement. When you pay 600 dollars for a test, I would expect a polished experience from A to Z that reflects that this is a high end, intuitive service. Overall just not that impressed overall.

The wellness portal should direct you straight to the supplement portion of your results, and you are also able to order supplements directly from within your report. We worked to simplify the report layout as much as possible so it is easier to navigate, but we understand that it may still feel disjointed, especially when moving between the portal and the shop. What's the total cost of everything up front?
Your company is really awesome. Everybody's been very polite to me but one really big factor is that you're not up front with how much it costs. I didn't find out till after I did my second saliva test for DNA for my food that it was going to cost me close to $900 just for the supplements. I'm not sure I would have taken that test knowing that it was going to cost me that much for the supplements really sad that this medical help is so extremely expensive, The expense really makes it difficult for some people to do,especially for people on a fixed income. I've done my food test but probably will not buy the supplements because of the expense. I was so excited about the food test and now this makes me sad. Wish you could help more people.

Not sure what I was expecting
Not sure what I was expecting and maybe that is the problem. $600 for the test and then a request for another $119 for an explanation and then a supplement program that is not cheap by any means. I went ahead and ordered the supplements because I just dropped $600 on the testing. I will start this week. I will change this review if I feel amazing in a few weeks.
