Had high hopes but they failed to deliver in all possible ways!!! Let’s star with a HIPPA violation- they emailed my DNA results to the wrong address and when I reached out to them I got the old “oh we are sorry for the mistake, would you like us to update your account?” Like it was nothing and they still didn’t send it to the correct email address- after a couple of weeks they finally gave me a call back from a voicemail complain and once again a simple “yeah not sure how that happened.” Then let’s get to the DNA report - there was nothing personalized about it but they waste no time telling you that the best solution to all of your problems is one of their fix all multivitamin supplements. The same supplement you can purchase without paying $600 for the DNA test! Oh and to top it off, at the end of the report they offer you an individualized session to better understand your DNA report for a total of $200 more! Oh and when I asked for a refund they said no because we already provided you with your report. A total joke of a company!!

I cannot cancel the newsletter subscription. The website does not provide access to your account. Only choice on the website is to buy something but no way to cancel. I also sent multiple emails to cancel. They responded once with a link. The link did not work. "forbidden". I also tried "contact'. filled out the form and in the message section of the form requested cancellation of the newsletter subscription. Once I completed all sections i could not submit the form. This is on the website.

Absolute JUNK ... paid for this "personal" test that just tells you you need to buy their supplements. Total scam. I ordered supplements anyway...noticed it had wrong address so I contacted them 5 MINUTES later and they never responded. Contacted them 6 hrs later and still no response. Get an email next day saying they already shipped it and I couldn't get my money back and they couldn't change the address....totally terrible. Anyone else notice they have no phone number to call? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Scam! Paid for genetic test, received results. Paid for "clarity call" but took one and a half months to get on the schedule. Was supposed to receive a call today from a Griffen Brandmeyer. It never came. 10X sent out calendar invite and all as well but blew me off today. The credit card payment was made two (2) months ago and I'll have to dispute now. Not ethical, responsible, nor trustworthy. Consumer fraud.

It's a SCAM! Stay away! Griffin and Kershon will take your money and run!

Great idea...spent $600 to find out info that could really help. Got the results but what they recommended was the 10X supplement that can be used for every problem they look at...I would have preferred the honest pitch of ''try these great supplements for 90 days and see what we can do'' If I can help 1 person not spend money on this test I will be OK.

Disgraceful! The product may be good, but I'd have no idea. Ordered supplements 17 days ago. They don't communicate, they don't send them, and when you phone or email no one answers or responds. I've managed to speak to a someone a couple of times. They promise to get back to me. Nothing happens AVOID!

This test sounds great in theory but the delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promise makes it a total rip off. I was promised an appt with one of the doctors on staff and now being outsourced to a PA who isnt even a doctor and doesnt even work for 10X. On top of that-- consultation appointments are months out and they havent contacted me-- I have had to keep inquiring about progress. Purchased the genetic test and the blood test and totally regret it.
