Customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Had two subscriptions with 10x and it was a nightmare trying to get a refund for a charge with a subscription I cancelled. Gary may do a great job with his celebrity customers but don’t expect anything as a general customer except over priced products and terrible customer service!

It took them about four months to process my genetic test and when they finally got back to my inquiries about the status, they asked if I still lived in Michigan. I have always lived in Illinois. I am not positive that they even gave me the correct genetic test results, but I’m not too concerned about it because the results that they give you are very generic and ultimately you can just go ahead and buy their multivitamin without taking the test if you want to save $600. Also, the website frequently freezes. Terrible experience.

Lost a lot of respect for both Gary and Grant after becoming a customer of 10x. My goal was simple, maximize my Health and longevity through science. I chose 10c health to help me achieve this. After listening to Gary for years, I figured this is the perfect fit for me. I’ve taken both the gene mutation test and now most recently the precision gene test. After getting my results, finding someone who can actually break down these tests at a high level is impossible. In fact trying to get ahold of anyone who knows what’s going on is impossible. The customer service and customer follow up at 10x is nonexistent. I would save my money and find another company to use. Very disappointing

A lot of excuses as to why things keep falling through the cracks with this company. It's beyond frustrating. I really believed it was a solution to a better experience than a traditional doctor, however this group is far worse. Don't believe the sales pitch, it's smoke and mirrors at the end of the day.

Having watched so much Gary Brecka material online, seen the interviews with Cardone and White etc, I chose to pay the monies and buy the DNA test in the US when on holiday. All of this process was very smooth. I then paid a further $118 for the 1-2-1 consultation, only to be told there is no calls for people in the UK.. To be fair I raised a complaint and 7 months later (persevere people),I finally got my call. But this is why I give it 1 star. The lady on the call said she was a registered nurse but she literally spent just 4 minutes reading from a script and telling me to buy 10x supplement.... That was it! So much for an indepth 1-2-1....Complete RIP OFF!! If your in the UK do it with more credible nutritionists!

10X genenetic test is a complete JOKE, it is solely a tool to get you to buy supplements and IV's. The exercise and food recommendations are complete BS. According to my report there are not foods I can eat to loose weight other than Fruit and some sea food for protein. I've never been so disappointed in a product by Gary Breka he's just a snake oil salesman

So sorry I paid for this as it was useless. After I got my results which I cannot read they made an appointment with me to sell me more things. I thought the appointment was for a discussion on my results. This program is for people who are rich - plain and simple. I asked for a refund since I have no idea what I need and they said since the results were already sent they can't help me. Need to change my name to Dana White or Steve Harvey or have their money.

Don’t do it it’s a scam.
