I stopped taking them but am back!!
I stopped taking them because I honestly just dont like paying the shipping cost on top of the price of the product. Reality check, I can actually feel the difference so I'm back for good. I'd appreciate a discount on shipping for a committed subscription order though. And if you could upload the peptide video info on your site so it is easier to learn more. I do appreciate the new payment options.

Update
I previously stated I loved the product but was not happy with the shipping. I have been using the product for over 2 years and am very happy with it. 10X responded to my previous review very quickly and stated they are currently working to improve their shipping. If they are able to do that, my rating will go to a 5

Overwhelmed
My blood tests were better but the cost and added supplements are more than I can handle. I will probably not be able to continue because of the cost of blood tests and all of things that I am to take. I whittled it down but some of the things that were on my list to take I never discussed with the doctor. $4000 for 6 months? Not going to happen

The system works well

Update - Great Customer Service, Issue addressed. - I Had cancelled my subscription 2+…
UPDATE - The Customer Service was great. After addressing a problem, the staff did a full court press to make things right. They have addressed future orders and helped me to realize why I appreciate 10x. Due to other family members not keeping up is the reason I have too many and had to stop my subscription. I Had cancelled my subscription 2+ months ago and still received something even though my account shows no orders or active subscriptions.

Made a mistake with my shipping address…
I made a mistake with my shipping address and tried to change it within 5 minutes of placing the order. The offshore call center person who answered said "sorry the order has already been processed" Wait what? ...within 5 minutes? I don't think so. I sent an email hoping to reach someone interested in customer service but had no luck. Got an email back this morning saying the same thing. This is ridiculous, UPDATE: Even though I talked with someone AND received an email stating there was no way to fix this, someone took the time, reached out and helped resolve this for me within a few hours. Thanks Andrew. I've been a customer for a while now and I appreciate the effort.
