I signed up for supplements on the 10x site. Supplements are great. I needed to change my payment method. I changed it on the SHOP app with no success. Countless emails and phone calls with no success. I am trying to continue my subscription and get no help. I can order the same stuff from Amazon but want to support 10x because I want to support Gary Brecka but he obviously has nothing to do with the disaster of a web site.

I am very disappointed with this company and would never again purchase any tests or products from them. I had my genes tested and got the report back, it was just ok. They talked a big game and have told many of my friends that were going to buy it that it wasn't worth it. I then went on a subscription for the methylated b vitamins-Optimize, tried to cancel several times, they just shipped another 2 bottles and they haven't arrived yet, I asked them for an RMA to return and they said they wont let me. My blood work came back and my B vit were off the charts, my functional medicine doc told me to stop. Not a great company to do business with. It takes a long time to hear back from customer service. what a waste of $1000 :(

I’ll never use 10x again. The concept is very good, but their customer service is garbage. It takes weeks to get response, but when you do. You have 24hrs to respond or they think you’re good. They charge immediately but it takes a month to get product. There are many better companies that do the same. I cannot state this enough, I’ll never use these guys again.

Promises you the world and delivers a polished turd! As a health enthusiast, trained in different health and wellness modalities I was excited to try 10x health. I am well versed in the world of methylation however I was curious what this test could provide compared to others. I also decided to do the bloodwork. You are contacted by a sales rep who promises you the world and once they have your money vanishes. First, I was unable to activate my methylation panel test, and only recieved assistance after calling several times a day for over 10 days. Customer service was friendly but are not equipped for problems. Second, the doctor for the bloodwork was thorough however most of the information was extremely basic, not much different than visiting your GP. And finally the methylation panel, I opted for the deluxe panel with the 400 page document on nutrition and health. What a waste of paper, repetitive and unnecessary information. Also, trying to decipher this information on a computer was not worth it. For $1200 a printed packet should be sent to you. Also, the average person will not be able to get the true benenfits of the information without a doctor guiding them in the right direction. And that should not be a add on service but included in the price. And I am not going to get into the astrmotical price of the customized supplements. If you individually sourced the personalized supplements it would save hundreds of dollars per month. This is nothing but a cash grab. Run far away and save your money.

If I could leave a less than a one star review, I would leave a less than a one star review. These people are scam artists and they will scam you out of your money and require you to buy a whole bunch of bullshit. This is a joke don’t fall for it. They took my $500 and I got nothing absolutely nothing beware beware beware Scam.

Keep your money give them the boot!!!!! They were great at taking my money but DID NOT deliver on services!!!! They scheduled me for a consult that I could not attend because it was during a busy work day. I complained and they rescheduled me three months later for Christmas Day. That was today I adjusted my schedule with their rep Tony Zhang. They sent the meeting prompt at 11:00 am for a 12:00 noon meeting and then changed it to tomorrow with another text. Save your money and time they are worthless!!!! I hope Gary Brecka isn’t associated with them any more. Gary please pull your videos off you tube!!!!!!! New update on rescheduled appointment for 12/26/2024. Guess what happened, the 10X representative Tony Zhang never called!!!! I know the Gary Brecka videos are compelling but these people to not deliver on the services!!! Avoid them at all costs! Is this a Chinese company???

I paid for my test over 2.5 years ago at a 10x boot camp. I never received it. I sent multiple emails to try to get them to resend the kit. After trying for over a year and a half to get the test or my money back, I gave up. I finally left a Google review of my experience. A customer agent replied that they were backlogged and would get back to me soon. That reply? That was October of 2023. Over a full year later (14 months) I have not received an email back, much less a refund. I will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general office as well as initiating a claim against them. UPDATE: They have replied to this experience asking for more information. Back in October of 2023, their reply was exactly that they had a lot of demand and could not keep up and would get back to me. I spoke to a Grant Cardone rep trying to sell me more stuff a couple of weeks ago as well. I shared my experience with him. He mentioned he would definitely forward it to the right people. To date, nothing.

Wish I would have read the review and saved my money. I just heard Gary Brecka on his live podcase on wednesday saying he parted ways with the company because their vision didn't align as management was more focused on money than on helping people. This was my very complaint. I got the genetics testing and have gotten the run around with having questions and no one to answer. When I asked if the blood test results were factored into the supplements from the genetics test results I got an accidental emails saying "here is a blood test lead for you." I feel I am just a dollar sign and clearly no one really cares here. Save your money and go to someone who cares.
