Hello Ted , Thank you for reaching out. To clarify the situation: you placed an order online for a genetic test with us and we promptly shipped your testing kit the following day. Shortly thereafter you contacted us requesting a refund , however, we were informed that a chargeback had already been initiated on your end. As discussed, we had agreed to provide a full refund of $599 if the chargeback was withdrawn and we offered to confirm this in writing. Despite this, the chargeback process was pursued. Per our policy outlined on the website, a $35 fee applies once a kit has been shipped which was the case with your order. Please understand that this was not a forced transaction — the purchase was made voluntarily and we did our best to work with you within our policy to issue a refund. We’re sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied, and we do hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future and support you on your health journey. Warm regards.

Hi William, Regarding your mention of internal matters, we want to clarify that 10X Health, Cardone Ventures, and Gary Brecka and Sage Workinger of “The Ultimate Human” were recently involved in a legal dispute. As of April 16, 2025, all parties have amicably resolved their differences and have agreed to dismiss all outstanding lawsuits. While Gary Brecka and Sage Workinger are no longer shareholders or part of the executive team at 10X Health, they have expressed continued support for the 10X mission, including the gene test and supplement line.
