Hello Kendrick , The reason your items were not delivered is because a chargeback was submitted on your end, which automatically placed a hold on your order. As chargeback cases can take months to resolve between the bank and our system, we had to pause shipping until the matter was fully settled. Hello , I want to clarify that the genetic test is not generic or copied. It analyzes five key methylation genes which play a significant role in your everyday life. If we identify breaks, these genes may be functioning below 40%, which can impact gut health, anxiety, mood, sleep, energy, and overall well-being. While some supplement recommendations may seem common, they are based on how your body processes nutrients due to these genetic variations. This test helps target what your body specifically needs, avoiding unnecessary supplementation as if you're taking too much of something you do not need that can cause over methylation , so we recommended you supplements that your body is deficient in.
