Not happy with this company
Not happy with this company. I paid to take the test. 599$ but after carefully looking at reviews after having issues trying to set up my test, I realized the reviews were pretty scary. I asked for a refund as I had not taken the test. All they did was send a very light package w test tube in it to me. They made me lose $35 to get a refund!!!! They just kept my $$ It did not cost $35 to send that test to me! Total scam!! Go with a different company. And definitely read carefully the questionable reviews!! Not good!!! So glad I didnt go forward w this company.

Don't spend your money
Don't spend your money. It's very generic and seems to be the same report every one sees, you will not get new information. Save your money

I would not recommend 10X Methylation…
I would not recommend 10X Methylation Genetic Testing based on my experience. It's now been 8 weeks since I mailed my sample, and I still haven't received my results. During that time, I've called three times and sent four emails trying to get an update. Instead of getting clear answers, I've experienced poor communication and customer service that came across as rude and dismissive. For a company providing genetic testing, I expected timely results and professional customer support. The lack of communication and long delays have been incredibly frustrating. If you're considering using this company, be aware that you may experience significant delays and difficulty getting help when you need it.

This telehealth company has been the…
This telehealth company has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been on it for two months now, and I haven’t seen any results at all. I’m currently taking the highest dose, but this hasn’t changed anything. This isn’t new for me. I’ve been on this medication for about a year now, and I’ve been getting perfect results from the other telehealth services. I’ve been complaining to the doctor and writing to customer care, but they keep giving me excuses and refusing to help me acting like this is my fault I eat high protein foods I drink plenty of water I exerciseI genuinely believe that this medication is watered down, and it’s a complete waste of money.

This is an over priced scam
This is an over priced scam. I paid $500 - got little useful information besides "eat vegetables and lean meats" duh! and it took 8 months for them to get the test done. I fell for a Joe Rogan instagram ad - never again.

Poor communication on 10X staff
Poor communication on 10X staff. Put an order in for me with no address and sent three different messages that I didn’t get it. They didn’t know why the pharmacy had not sent it. Made me feel like it was my fault. Total B. S.
