Paid for gene test get a paper with 4-5 squares color coded which means what to me. 600.00 and no phone call no way to call ask a question about it so what’s the point having the test done if you can’t get questions answered about your test

10X continues to disappoint. They are a trainwreck. I ordered the Precision Genetic Test but have tried to schedule my clarity for weeks now without success. The genetic report is 400 pages so the clarity call is crucial to understanding the report. I had the call scheduled for today and the 10X doctor never showed up or the call. I waited for 15 minutes on Zoom then hung up. I called 10X and they told me the person had a family emergency and couldn't make the call. Yet, 10X never called me to let me know. This is the 3rd time I've had a call with someone at 10X that didn't show up. Ridiculous. Hope they get their act together.
