We find the testing to be grossly…
We find the testing to be grossly overpriced and very generic in results as well as the whole process and web site results. We spent $1,200.00 plus for two individual tests that were performed two separate ways,at two separate facilities and received results weeks apart.This information was not given at time of purchase, which made receiving the tests very confusing. One was sent back via USPS the other by Fedex. Per their return label and envelope the company sent.The test results are very generic. We are not mad because we made a choice but just extremely disappointed in the whole scheme. EVERTHING seems to be a upcharge as well.

a reordering nightmare
The system was a nightmare. It was convoluted, time consuming and very hard to work with.

Have to wait over a month after having…
Have to wait over a month after having bloodwork to see a doctor. Doctor didn’t even review the bloodwork before the phone call.

It typically takes about 1–2 weeks for us to receive results from LabCorp. Once we have the results, our scheduling team reaches out to place you on the calendar based on provider availability in your state. While we always aim to get you scheduled as quickly as possible, we understand that sometimes delays can occur, and we are truly sorry this was the case for you. We will have your advisor reach out to gather further clarification regarding your concern about the doctor not reviewing your bloodwork before the call. Customer service has not responded to…
Customer service has not responded to my email from 2 days back. I was trying to reschedule my subscription delivery as I still have enough supplements left

The liquid is very thin and not at all…
The liquid is very thin and not at all blue like the first bottle. It is almost clear and very pale green in color and it burns your throat when taken. I just took the plastic wrapper off this morning and started the new bottle, but I'm scared to take it now. Not good at all.

Lack of communication
I paid for a gene methylation test with the 1:1 call from a Dr. of the 10X team. I was prompt for my call and was left in the lobby for over 30 minutes. The Dr was a no show, when I reached out to the 10x team about it I was told someone would reach out to me within 3 business days to rectify the situation with either a rescheduled call or a refund. I waited for 5 days and still no one has reached out to me. Bad experience, seems like they just took my money and ran

Terrible Customer Service
I bought into the program when Gary was still part of the 10x Health team. I've done the precision and genetic tests and have been a longtime subscriber to their supplements. The reason for my negative review comes from a recent situation where my subscribed order of methylene blue was a different color and tasted terrible compared to my prior purchases. I asked for a replacement or refund and have been completely ignored after multiple follow-up emails. 10X Health is fine and dandy until something goes wrong. They'll leave you in the dust like they have with me. I'm in the process of moving all of my subscription supplements to another company.
