I got my pills and a nice discount but…
I got my pills and a nice discount but I have had them for awhile and have called and text there has been no reply, I also did the gene test close to 10 weeks ago and still have bit gotten anything back

I paid $600 for my test
I paid $600 for my test, they did come up with some type of pills that I need to take daily, but it’s just really no follow up or consultation of any kind. They’re like all the other companies today. They expect you to know everything they know right out the gate. I really have no idea what I’m taking or what it’s supposed to do, or for how long I’m supposed to take it. Just to talk to one of their doctors or whatever cost $125. This might be a good thing, but I have no idea cause nobody’s being transparent. And then when you do talk to someone there’s a tone in their voice as if like what’s your problem? “ What do you need to know”. I’m just talking to some person on the other end of the line that’s not even qualified to be talking to you about this stuff.

Insanely confusing testing results
Insanely confusing testing results. Hundreds of hard to read pages not formatted for a screen. Then $150 to get a printed copy on the mail. Which is so inconclusive and hard to get the main points out of that you don’t adjust anything in your health at all.

In the UK you can't access the portal so can't access results!
I ordered what i consider a relatively expensive test, @ roughly £500 it's at the upper end of what I'd consider for a test. But given its price tag I'd expect the service to match. So far it's pretty terrible, firstly, it's slow, mine took the best part of 3 weeks after I'd sent the sample back in, somewhere during that time 10X changed their patient portal, I tried to log in to check on the progress but I was unable to access the portal, after a week of back and forth with their support team where they assured me they couldn't find my order and I wasn't on the system, it transpires that they use a 3rd party in the UK and therefore I would not appear on their portal. Then today (nearly 3 weeks later), I received an email telling me my results had been uploaded to the portal..... the same portal I dont have access too!! And still do not! So now I'm £500 and 3 weeks down with no ability to access my results and a support team that isn't responding...

Not impressed at all
I accidentally shipped to my in-laws house. I let you know as soon as I did it and asked how to get it changed. All you told me was you couldn’t help me and for me to read your policy so I could understand better. Poor customer service.

At that point, we are unable to make any edits to the address per our consumer goods policy. This company makes it very difficult to cancel subscriptions.
This company makes it very difficult to cancel a subscription. Had to find a phone number to call to be given a web address to go to. Second time that I have tried to cancel this. Borderline on a scam except the vitamins are good.
