Hi Tyler , When your order was placed in July, it was set up under a subscription in order to apply the 10% discount. Subscriptions renew automatically every two months unless canceled. BEWARE
Not interested in helping when I was trying to update card info which flipped around back n forth on the site multiple times and not realizing that I was being charged each time. Customer Service said that it’s in there policy that I can’t cancel once processed, yet I reached out within 5 min. Even a packer who’s boxing this up knows that all of these 3 shipments to the same place is a mistake. Maybe a descent CS rep would have picked up the phone to verify the order. I called, I emailed, I responded and NO grace. I’m stuck with supplements of the same kind and a bill equal to a hefty car payment. CEO and employee denying me help are celebrating all of the way to the bank! The misfortune of an older person not knowing the software. No more Business from me! Y’all still haven’t helped me update my card and it’s been 48 hrs. Where are you? Plenty of competition out there so I’ll go elsewhere!

Delayed Results with no updates
I ordered a methylation test on 5/22/25. By 5/31/25 I had completed the home test, sent it back and it was received. According to 10X results take 6-8 weeks. I received my results 9/9/25. During that time, I called multiple times with zero satisfaction. I felt strung along. Apparently there was an issue requiring a retest. The staff tried to be helpful, however, the only thing they could do was "escalate" the matter. Had I not called and "escalated" the matter, I'm confident I'd still not have my results. I'm very disappointed. I nearly requested a refund. I would not recommend 10X.

I have been trying to cancel my auto…
I have been trying to cancel my auto subscription for months, and no one will e-mail me back. I cannot get logged in to stop it myself.

Paid for and waited for 3 months
Paid for and waited for 3 months, just to find out 10X systems were broken and that they couldn’t produce my genetic precision test results. 20 calls and hours on the phone all for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend 10X to anyone.

Customer service sucks…
I gave one star because of customer service. It sucks. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, but if anything goes wrong with the product, it’s like pulling fingernails to get something done. They refused to refund anything even if it’s their fault even if it’s broken like my hydrogen water bottle arrived broken Two months to get a new bottle cap. And honestly, I was surprised I received it. I thought I just threw $300 out the window.

Per our policy, refunds are not available on Echo bottles, if the unit is fully damaged and no longer functions we then look into a replacement. In your case, the issue was with the cap rather than the bottle itself, and we did provide a replacement cap free of charge and in a timely manner.
