Love your products but the last 2 hydration packages I have opened have had two ruptured packs in them. It makes the whole package sticky. The new pack seem to work better but apparently the old packs are still coming out. I thought this was just related to Amazon orders, but these were directly from you.

The website is not seamless but you can get to where you need to be. Tests and supplements have really helped me improve my health.

I’m updating my review to 4 stars to reflect the experience I’ve had after my initial concerns. A manager reached out to me after learning about my experience. He listened and offered additional ways to help. I appreciated the customer care and resolution. So far, the experience hasn’t been good. I bought me and my husband a genetic kit. Mine came, his didn’t. I called customer service and the guy had so much attitude. When I gave him feedback on how the company can be clearer that although a customer is purchasing two kits from the same card, at the same time, the kits can be sent at different times from different labs, he gave me push back. He said “well, we tell you 5-7 business days”. Between that call, their lack of clarity, and all the reviews I’m reading, I’m really worried I just got scammed out of $1,200.

I see alot of negative reviews here about the gene test. For a different context, I found out I had the MTHFR mutation in 2022, through an unrelated test, and got prescribed an expensive methyfolate supplement. "Medical foods" classification. I haven't done any other genetic testing though I'm interested. One I learned about these products and Gary and 10X I switched to the 10x Optimize methylated multivitamin. Much more affordable than what I was on, has almost the same amount of methyfolate, plus lots of other good stuff. I've found it very helpful. I probably won't be doing thier gene testing but it skunds like a rapid expansion problem more than a fundamental problem. I've heard Ancestry is a good alternative, but the supplements have proven to be good quality for me. I've also done the poor man's version of the superhuman protocol by grounding barefoot in the yard everyday, getting direct sun,and doing the breathing and that definitely helps too. Plus good organic diet when possible. (following Garys recomendations) I'm 31 and feeling better than I did in my early 20s 🤷‍♂️.

Ordered the genetic testing and received it within days with pre-paid Fed Ex return label. We returned the DNA samples and then had results in a little more than a week. My results indicated the 10x supplement would be all I needed. My husband needed additional zinc, magnesium and one more. We ordered supplements and it took about 10 business days for them to arrive. We will start them tomorrow and report back. My husband is experiencing some digestive issues and will be ecstatic if it resolves through supplementation. We did not pay for additional services and honestly don't know that they would be beneficial. The DNA results come back with video explanation and a list of supplements that are paired with your personal DNA "breakage".
