My package is not here yet and it was supposed to be here on the 29th. 1Z0954TT0222271581 UPS says there is no apartment number on my package. I know I put it on the order. Very disappointed with UPS. Was very excited...

My order did not ship
My order did not ship. I had to call and inquire about the status. No reason could be given to me as to why it hadn't shipped or even when it would ship. The amount of help that I received from Roseanne and Corinda was very insufficient. The lack of communication, knowledge and ability to find a solution has definitely made me second guess any further orders from them.

You charged me $1,200 for NAD…
You charged me $1,200 for NAD injections which I never received. Interesting, you’re very good at sending me emails re what supplements I’m supposed to buy for my “protocol” but I never get a response to my emails re questions I have about orders I’ve already placed.

Promise so many things before ordering…
Promise so many things before ordering the DNA test and no one even called to review the results. It was west of my money.

Vitamin order still wasn't shipped after 2 months
The vitamins I ordered were still showing processing 30 days after my purchase. I called in (as directed by the person who explained my methylation test results) and notified them that my order hadn't shipped, I had already ordered from another company, so I needed to cancel. About 2 months after my purchase, I realized I had never received my credit from 10X, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company for a refund. A few days later, I got a notification that the order was being processed. I immediately responded to let them know to cancel the order, explaining the circumstances. They answered that I was unable to cancel the order due to their policy. I advised that I already had, and that they would be sending me a complimentary bottle of vitamins if they proceeded.
