I feel better knowing I’m taking these vitamins
I started taking the multivitamin the way subscribed on the bottle 3x’s a day. But the I ran out and my automatic shipment was scheduled for every other month so I with the next shipment I only took 1 sometimes 2 a day to make the bottle last until the next refill. Not sure I’m getting everything I should out of the product but at least I’m getting something!

Overall good and informative
I had a good conversation with the first rep I talked to, she answered my questions and gave me a general overview of the process and what to expect. Then I got the methylation test and did it & sent it in, got an email saying they got it & told me about how long it would take to get results. It came back inconclusive, so they sent me another kit, I did it. I got NO email or anything the second time. It really left me wondering for a month or so whether or not, I was ever going to get any results. Finally I got a random phone call and it was a 10x rep and we went over the results, and it was good again. The waiting with no communication was the only downfall for me

Pointed me in right direction
Genetic test gave me information my Dr never did. I'm using a local boutique health clinic for testosterone therapy and supplements

Mostly Happy
Due to the cost of the products and services, I had to make a choice on which protocol I wanted to tackle first. Upon making a decision, ordering, and paying for the supplements/medications, I was informed that they could not deliver the items to my state. 10X quickly remedied the problem by getting my next protocol started (which cost a little more). As an organization that delivers all over the country, 10X should have an understanding of where they can and can’t deliver so that customers can be informed.
