I am a little disappointed!
I am a little disappointed after my 2nd blood draw which was on July 7. I still have not received my meds and it is Aug 14! The zoom dr visit was booked out a few weeks and then a few days to meet w my wellness guy and then i waited 5 business days for the meds but did not show up. I asked them about it and they figured out they had not shipped yet. So now still waiting to start my new meds. They also did not offer to waive the $38 shipping fee since it was their error.

3 Star Experience
Testing should include the consult explaining your results and action plan with a clinician from 10x. The actual customer experience felt more like a "buy up" scheme where the testing just led to more funnel sales and devices including g th3 supplements line branded 10x.

Good but too expensive
Good, but too expensive. An installment option would have suited me much better if it had been available. If I have any sort of reaction to what was ordered or it doesn’t work after a month, you’re still stuck with several months of that product that you had to pay for up front.

I ordered all the supplements that was…
I ordered all the supplements that was suggested. However I didn’t know which supplements was the Berberine that the doctor’s meeting said I’m to take, as none of the bottles had that ingredient in it or on the label. This was a bit confusing, as Dr. mentioned explained it’s important for me to take. I’m taking all supplements as bottle suggestions, no clarification from the follow up appt. Very disappointed in the customer service part. More disappointment with this whole process, both my Wellness Concierge and the first guy with 10x representative did not show up to our zoom meeting for assistance with all the supplements and the supplements seem to be different than what the doctors note stated. I’m hoping this process with the supplements goes well even without the custom care that is lacking for my process. The supplements showed up within two days from ordering.

Was excited about the test
Was excited about the test, disappointing that the full detailed results and plan require additional cost and steps. When following the prompts to order the supplements, disappointed to be auto-assigned for subscription before knowing how the supplements will react in my body. Going through the normal website allowed the option for one-time purchase. Truly- although it’s nice to know about the genes, feels like it just boils down to diet and exercise and Whole Foods…. Same as every other program.
