I believe that so many of the negative reviews came from 10x getting hit with an overwhelming amount of customers all at one time and they were understaffed for that huge surge. My husband and I have had nothing but absolute positive results with 10x. We have both had our genetic testing done (I have also had the precision genetic testing done), our blood panels, our video calls with our doctors and all the support we could possible ask for. Anytime there was any type of problem (only once) Kershon was immediately on it for us and then followed up with us to make sure the problem was resolved. He is always there to help us when we need it. My personal point person Devin has been phenomenal!! Whenever I have a question, need, or concern he is right there ready to hop on a call and assist me. Dr. Carda has been amazing for all of my husbands health issues. I really believe in my heart of hearts that Gary wants the very best in health and wellness for everyone and he and the the 10x team are getting ready to light the world on fire with the next level in health and longevity. I am so glad that we hopped on board even when we saw the negative reviews. Just remember it takes time to find the right practitioners to fill the need that was there, they can’t just put an ad in the paper for “help wanted”. We are fans for life, and I love Gary and his energy.

UPDATE: This company finally responded, and they did the right thing which I greatly appreciate. Because they resolved my request, I adjusted my review to reflect that. PREVIOUS: I accidentally purchased a test on Nov 23rd, and 1 minute later I immediately emailed them to cancel and not charge my credit card. They went ahead and charged my card anyways and shipped out the test. I've emailed them 5 times since them and they haven't responded to me about a refund. Still waiting to hear from anyone from this company so we can resolve this.
