Products aren’t working for me
I’ve been taking your supplements for about 4 months now and have seen absolutely no difference. In fact my bloating seems to have gotten worse and I feel no relief.

Whole package
After spending $600 on a methylation test and another $120 on video consultation to understand the test results better I expected more from the supplements recommended. Nothing life changing for sure

Beneficial products, inadequate website
The products I’ve purchased have seemed to help me in my journey for better health however, a simple credit card update on your website was literally impossible for me to do without calling and hassling with someone sending me a link. It did not work anyway your website needs to be updated with simple editing of credit card information. That’s it. There’s no reason to have to call customer service to edit my credit card information.

Consultation is not included
Test results are very informative and precise, paying extra to speak to a knowledgeable consultant is insulting.

Great product... Customer service and faster shipping could 6 better
I have been using the supplements for the past year and there is definitely without question a major difference in the way I feel. I haven't counted customer service for only one item which were shipping could nothing to do with the actual product itself and it was a very poor experience. Each and every time I place an order which is usually four times or five times a year it takes an abnormally long time for the product actually reach the shipping department. Most companies I have ordered supplements from literally ship the next day and I have them in hand within 3 days, various parts of the country. I can say those are the only items that I have encountered, but once again, the product itself has been spectacular.

I don’t like that I can’t log in and…
I don’t like that I can’t log in and see more detail about my subscription, expected ship date etc. Also for my dosage bi monthly isn’t frequent enough. Is there a monthly option?

We actually do have a customer portal where you can log in to manage your subscription, including updating your shipping details, adjusting the timing of your orders, or making changes to your products. A member of our team will also be reaching out to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. To clarify, we currently operate on a bi-monthly subscription model rather than monthly shipments. If you would like to have enough product to last you for the full two months, you can increase the quantity in your subscription so that you receive more of what you need with each shipment.
