Regarding your supplement recommendations, there are several factors that go into creating your protocol, specifically whether you have a full red genetic break or a yellow partial genetic break. Even if two people have different results, certain supplements can support multiple types of gene breaks. Recommendations are based on which genes are affected, so it’s possible for different gene breaks to still result in a matching supplement protocol. It’s also important to complete the test because taking supplements you don’t need can lead to over-methylation.
