The subscription option includes a discount, and it renews every two months unless it is canceled. Our records show the subscription option was selected at checkout, which is why you saw the additional billing attempt. Regarding delivery, shipping to a P.O. Box can sometimes take longer due to carrier handling. Once the package is in transit, the timing is controlled by the shipping carrier rather than our team but we do apologize for any inconvenience the delay caused. To clarify the cancellation piece: your subscription being canceled does not mean you were “dropped” or that you lost access to support. It simply means no future renewal orders will process automatically. You can absolutely continue using what you have, and we can still assist you with questions about your results, your protocol, and what to expect as you take the supplements consistently.
