10x responded so quickly (kudos to Andrew) to my packaging issue and resolved it immediately. They have permanently updated their packaging too so it shouldn’t happen to any future orders. Great customer service! Highly recommend. Very pleased with their products and their company service.

After more than 20 years
After more than 20 years I have remained healthy and happy with 10X and it’s expertise starting with healthy Gains and now with 10X’s team of experts and extensive testing and lots of exercise staying active I seem to be able to keep my fitness level stable even as I continue to age as a number. My ability to recover from stressors and injuries is impressive.my mental health has not declined as I age. I get older but seem to stay at health levels of my 20’s and 30’s it takes a lot of work both from 10x and me. one of my greatest rewards is when I have more endurance than my 33 year old and equal recovery times ;)

What I needed was readily available
What I needed was readily available. I am frustrated that the blood side of the business doesn’t talk to the DNA side. I’m doing both. Would be much more productive if I had one contact person that could speak to both issues.

Super impressed with 10X Health so far
Super impressed with 10X Health so far. Blood and Gene Test were easy and quick to get done. Turn around time for results was good. The results were very eye opening. I'm in pretty good shape for being 44 years old but have never done any blood or genetic work before. Some of the foods I was eating I thought were good for me but it turns out that with my genetic breaks they are not. You don't know what you don't know. I liked that 10X Health gives you the option to have a call with one of their wellness professionals who helps go through your results, explains everything in detail and in simple language you can understand and makes recommendations specific for you. I also like that you can choose to use 10X Health to get everything for your custom protocol or you can get it somewhere else on your own. I'm a busy professional so I appreciate the convienance 10X Health provides. Excited to get started with my protocol.

Great experience
Great experience. Although I would like for you to add more products to the products tab. I had to search google for the children's gummy vitamins.
