Warning to Others 🚫 I feel it’s important to share my experience with 10 Second Racing so other customers are aware. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Despite paying in full, I have not received my refund after months of waiting. There has been no clear communication, no responsible person to resolve the issue, and instead I’ve been met with excuses and delays. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and professionalism—I have been left feeling ignored and taken advantage of. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and would encourage others to think twice before trusting them with their money. I share this not out of anger, but out of fairness to other potential customers so they don’t go through the same frustrating and disappointing situation.

I would like to personally review your order or history with us to ensure your refund has been processed. You did not include your order number or a valid name currently present in our database. Peter, I noticed you wrote from Germany. All orders we have received from German based locations have either been delivered, voided or refunded year to date.
