Decent Customer Service Slow Delivery

Sold me a product not actually in stock, customer service was good and reached out asking if I’d prefer to switch to a different product. Despite telling me this product was in stock it wasn't and in the end it was over a month between purchase and receiving. Good customer service but not worth the delivery time. They also accused me of writing a negative review which I didn’t and instead of apologizing for their mistake ignored it entirely. In Dan’s response to me he stated that it was made aware to me that downpipe was on back order, it was not. In fact their website not only didn’t state it then but still states that it is in stock. As for their response to this review, it’s untrue in stating that it wasn’t currently in stock and I emailed over 2 weeks ago and no response.

We take great pride in our customer service and strive to meet every customers expectations. I can see your down pipe was delivered today via Fedex #399341474829. You selected a downpipe kit which was advertised on backorder status. The support team emailed you promptly to offer to switch to another version that was in stock with CTS Turbo. You agreed to the switch and we processed the order. If you were not aware, your package had to be shipped from the CTS Turbo location in BC, Canada to our location before shipping to you. The wait time was delayed by customs when the package reached the border. We stepped in to ensure the package was cleared as soon as possible. Depsite the wait time, we are happy to see you received delivery today. I am unsure about your last statement referring to an accusation regarding a negative review. This is your only review submitted from what I see on our end.
