I am posting an updated review regarding my experience with 10 Second Racing, as this issue remains unresolved.
I placed Order #8244 on 18 February 2026 for a TiAL turbine housing. The total order amount was $1,341.19 AUD, including $1,112.24 for the item and $228.95 for shipping.
It has now been several weeks since the order, and I have not received the item.
The tracking information provided by the company shows delivery to an address in Abbotsford, Victoria. This is not my address. My correct shipping address, as clearly stated on the invoice, is in Attwood, Victoria, and I have never authorised delivery to any other location.
I have received a partial refund of $99.85 AUD through Zip, however the remaining amount has not been refunded. My bank has advised they are unable to process a chargeback for the remaining amount due to the payment method used.
Despite raising this multiple times and providing my order details, I have not received valid proof of delivery to my address or a full resolution.
I find this situation very concerning, particularly given the incorrect delivery information, delays, and lack of meaningful follow-up.
I am requesting a full refund of the remaining balance.
I will update this review and remove my posts once the matter is fully resolved and all funds have been returned.

I have yet to receive any communication regarding Order #8244. If you wish to email me as soon as possible, I am happy to assist in locating your package and ensuring it has been delivered to your correct address.
READERS: I have emailed this person several times in an effort to assist in locating their package. They have yet to reply to any email attempt from my personal inbox or our general service email. I am now convinced they have no interest in working with us to help with this inquiry.
