Very easy process. Rented a temperature controlled unit. Could’ve used a map showing the location of the unit, although it might’ve been on their website (didn’t see one). Very clean.

Boat storage space and lot is very tight for my 24' pontoon boat with trailer. Price is reasonable for outside storage.

The facilities are good but I don't like that there is not anyone local to assist with challenges. When calling their office, the staff are nice and helpful, but the personal contact is missing.

Great facility very clean easy access...had to pay late fee 1 time and thought it was a bit much..i paid 24 hours late and was shocked at the late fee added

I do want to assure you, per NC state law, late fees are not added until the account is delinquent 7 days past the due date. Because of life situations, sometimes people can be late with making a payment. To padlock a unit because of been one day late without notice and to keep it on after the late payment has been received, I find that to be extremely unfair. I hope this review help you find a way to improve this procedure/process.

Hi Deborah, We apologize that you are not satisfied with our storage facility. Our customer's opinions are highly valued. I have looked into your account to have a better understanding. It seems that we have waived late fees each month as a courtesy, as we understand that life can be unpredictable. Per the NC storage laws, all accounts are considered late if not paid by 5 days past the due date. Until day 6 of each month, we do not charge any late fees or overlock the units. Our storage facilities are fully automated, so we have the late fees/overlock set on a schedule depending on the account status. However, we are more than happy to work with our customers as we do understand that different situations can arise. Our overlocks (Davinici locks) are also convenient in providing the capability of unlocking them yourself with a code provided to you.
